What do you do at the MasterChef Finale viewing party? You get assigned a culinary challenge that morning at brunch. My challenge (as assigned to me by others) was to cook a "Moussaka Main" for tonight's viewing party much to my horror, because

A) i've never eaten or seen a Moussaka in my entire life.

B) I'm worried people are gonna starve tonight because of that.

But thankfully the challenge was to follow a recipe set by a cookbook (Pressure Test anyone?) and thankfully 5 hours later, i had a dish to serve. I was rather happy with my first attempt at Greek food.
